The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago

启动服务时突然出现这个问题，之前项目都是正常运行。Navicat也能正常访问，就是服务端报错：

The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.

1. 在数据库url上添加：

   &useSSL=false​

   尝试无效
2. 在数据库url上添加：

   &autoReconnect=true&failOverReadOnly=false​

   尝试无效
3. 重新打包发布之后服务正常启动。未确定根本原因，猜测：
   1. 系统打包时未清缓存，打包有问题，重新打包后恢复正常。
   2. 数据连接池有问题，因为远程打包发布差不多用了10多分钟，连接池恢复。
4. 修改数据库配置文件：

   wait_timeout=86400​

   重新发布项目后服务恢复正常，所以未尝试。
